Magic Oven Pachakakala

Lekshmi Nair graduated in Law and proceeded to do her Masters in the same. And now, she teaches at the Academy. What is interesting is that she also teaches people how to cook. she is doing a cookery show, magic oven for kairali tv for the past six years. Lakshmi's home-based catering unit Caterina has been doing good business. She was keen to advance her culinary skills in Thai cooking and went to Chennai for a crash course. Lekshmi took lessons from Piangjai, an expert. In the next few years, she wants to promote the concept of health food. She travels a lot and picks up tableware, knick-knacks and glassware for her cookery shows from places such as New Zealand, Bangkok and Doha.

    lakshmi nairs’ cookery in kairali TV is the best cookery show i hv ever seen…….. the she describes the things is really wonderful………. the environment is very clean…… and she also looks cute……….
    my wife beena never miss lakshmi’s programme……. and beena makes almost all the dishes of lakshmi and feeds me………. now i should ask my daughter rakhi who is an architect at cochin to see lakshmy’s coookery show….. and feed her husband mr praveen……..
    i hv told my friends in gulf, europe etc. to watch lakshmy’s programe……..
    i wish her all the best…… and pls ask her to show us how to make good chappathi….. my wife beena is unwell…….. she cannot kneed the flour….. appreciate if she can show us any modern kitchen utensils how to kneed the flour and cook easily chappathies…

    Me and my family watch the TV show by Mrs. Lakshmi Menon and we have tried many of her recipies at home. She explains them nicely so that all the dishes are very easy to cook. I wish she send me some good recipies for chicken sizzler. We wish her and the team all the best and awaiting for more delicious recipies.

    I am minna,regularly watching the magic oven channel in kairali.I like it too much also i use to practice and I have your 1 book also.I would like to talk to you once or if you dont mind please give your mail id.I have one request to you,after each programme please tell when is the next .because i am your daily costumer.so some times i am getting time to see in sundays 11 am timing.Ihope you changed the fridays timing.earlier it was 2 30 pm,now not there.pls mail me when it is.thankyou.with love and prayer……minna
